Driving Jingle

Description

Volunteer to help educate children on passenger safety. Participants will volunteer to participate in Ollie Otter presentations, interacting with elementary school children to promote child passenger safety. Opportunities for Service Learning hours/credit may be available depending on your high school’s required curriculum. The Ollie Otter Booster Seat and Seat Belt program is grant-funded through the Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO). The THSO has been integral in the inception and continued success of the Ollie Otter program.

 

Sign Up:

Create a 30-second traffic safety jingle aimed at promoting safe driving, specifically targeting the areas of distracted driving and speed awareness.

Complete:

The jingle can be a parody or an entirely new composition. The jingle must be no longer than 30 seconds.
Submissions can be in audio, video or written format.

Submit Points:

Create your traffic safety jingle according to the guidelines. Record your jingle and ensure it is 30 seconds long.
Submit your entry via ReduceKYCrashes.org/submit.

We will reach out if your submission is selected to be used across the state.

This activity can be submitted up to 10 times per school.
