Students and Teachers came together to start an on-campus club to promote safe driving, traffic safety and to raise awareness of the danger of driving impaired and distracted at their school and across the community. The club started with students that had Brittany Dillard as their teacher at the time of the fatal crash on Christmas day, 2022 claimed her life and her husband’s life at the hands of a drunk driver. The club will meet monthly, will host special speakers, will plan safe driving projects and will have a voice in the newly formed 501c3 nonprofit, The 24/7 Movement. Three Walker Valley teachers that were close friends of Brittany Dillard are the club sponsors:
