We had 8 students volunteer with The 24/7 Movement at a Fall Harvest Event at Charleston Elementary School. Students talked with families about the Christmas Day crash that took the life of their beloved teacher, Brittany Dillard and her husband, Dustin at the hands of a drunk driver that also critically injured their 3 young children, ages 2, 4 and 7. Students shared the story of The 24/7 Movement while handing out wristbands promoting safe driving including for adults and for children. The wristbands for the children had the messaging, “Drive Safe For Me”.
