Students organized a school wide dress up week to kick off April Awareness – each day was dedicated to Brittany and Dustin Dillard who were killed in a car accident due to a drunk driver. Day #3 was “Blue and Green” in connection to their favorite colors and the colors of the 24/7 Movement which was created in their honor. Pictures were taken of students and staff participating, announcements were made by club members where they always signed off “Buckle Up, Phone Down, Drive Safe and Sober,” and posts were made on the Brittany’s Kids Instagram account
