On 09/02/26 I was talking to students about teen driving laws. They all wanted to know what the actual time was that they could be on the roadway behind the wheel. One said 1 AM, another said 10 PM and two stated 11 PM. I showed them the banner and they now all know that the time is 11 PM. The banner is now displayed outside my office.
