The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s, Driver Services Division, created an opportunity for new drivers to celebrate the day they earn their driver’s license or permit. Cut-out posters are now available at all Driver Services Centers across the state. The posters feature popular Tennessee Highway Safety Office hashtags that promote safe driving habits among teens and drivers of all ages.
TDOSHS encourages everyone using the new posters to tag them on social media when they post their picture:

Earning your permit or driver’s license is a huge accomplishment and should be celebrated. TDOSHS wants to highlight TN’s new drivers by providing a cut-out poster for new drivers to snap a quick pic with on their big day!
Complete:
When any of your school’s students go to a Driver Services Center to earn their permit or driver’s license, make sure they use the TDOSHS cut-out poster for a photo-op! If student’s post it to social media tag TDOSHS.
