Points
Request a “Buckle Up America” sign, “Don’t Drive Distracted”, or the new “Be Aware, Be Alert” sign to install in your school’s public parking areas. Schedule a time to talk to the students about the importance of these signs and the laws they represent.
Sign Up:
Request your school kit or signs email admin@reducetncrashes.org
Complete:
Install signs at your school’s public parking area(s). Take a photo of the sign demonstrating its role in creating awareness (Ex: students posing next to/under the sign).
Virtual Activity: Share images of the signs via social media, school emails, or digital boards. Located in the downloads for this activity. Take a photo or screenshot of the post.
Submit Points:
Have a photo ready with students completing the activity and click “Submit Points.” This activity can be submitted 1 time per school.
