TENNESSEE – The Tennessee Highway Safety Office (THSO) joined State Farm® to congratulate Cumberland County High School and Warren County High School for earning the Reduce TN Crashes Gold award during the 2020-2021 school year. Both schools completed over 24 traffic safety activities in their communities which placed them at the top of the School Scoreboard. Both schools will be receiving a Gold School awards kit sponsored by State Farm which includes traffic safety education resources, the Fatal Vision Alcohol Program Kit, and other items. Congratulations to all of the schools that participated this year. Below is a list of the schools that will be receiving a Silver or Bronze award for their efforts during 2020-2021. Once we receive your activation, we will send you a school kit to help get you started. The Reduce TN Crashes portal connects schools with teen traffic safety activities. Activities allow local or national organizations and community leaders to work alongside students to further traffic safety education and awareness. At the end of the academic year, participating schools will receive a THSO certificate with a ranking indicative of the respective school’s placement: Bronze, Silver, or Gold.
