In celebration of National Teen Driver Safety Week, we would like to recognize Tennessee superstars making a difference in the lives of our youth. Today’s superstar is Scott Van Ruden (Crossville Police Department), school resource officer at Cumberland County High School. He was nominated by Laura Gilpin (Cumberland County High School).
